It would be great to send friendly reminders to our clients 2-4 hours prior to their appointment Incase they forgot even though they already confirmed!

Appointment Reminders are horrible in forest. If guests have an android Reminders go-to spam. Not enough options to send Reminders out multiple days in advance like 10 dags, 5 days and 2 days before. Demandforced3.com links to softwares to help manage Reminders and emails ect. This area needs major improvements

My Phorest bill is already exceeding £450 per month. Just my opinion, I feel that we do enough. We fire email reminders 3 days before and sms reminders 2 days before.
