wwe would love some of the client notes to pop up when atemting to book an appointment. for instance if a regular no shower is supposed to pre pay for appointments we would like it to pop up as soon as the clients name is entered into the system to remind receptionists to take payment. or if a client requirres more time than regular booking to pop up to let people know. instead of having to go searching for notes
