Agree with all comments here, would be a vital thing to work on and add to your development roadmap. Lots of clients ask for this: having an .ics file included in at least the appointment confirmation emails so clients can add all details like time, date, salon address and optionally stylist name / service to their calendar

For emails + the app, it would be really helpful for users to be able to have a link to click to add their reservations to their iphone or gmail calendars. I see other programs with this feature, some that just automatically add a reservation to their gmail calendar (and has a feature to turn it off if you don't want the automatic add). This was suggested to us by a guest and I thought it was a fantastic idea! Would really streamline that process and likely cut down on incorrectly transferred appointments/no shows when having to add manually to their calendar... and would also include the duration so they can plan appropriately.

I'd like to be able to have a link to add the phorest calendar to appear on my google calendar so I'm not having so many apps etc to check through. Most systems can give you a URL that allow a mirror of the calendar to appear on google calendar, that would be really helpful

We are constantly getting requests from our clients to input this feature - SO commonly used by numerous businesses that send confirmation emails of appointments and events. To be able to click a link that automatically adds the date, time and location of an appointment to your iphone or Google calender makes it so much easier and more efficient for clients. For Phorest users, it means less missed appointments, or clients turning up at the wrong time for their appointment because they manually entered the incorrect appointment information.

When an appointment is booked and goes onto the app, connect it to the mobile phones calendar so it drops in as a notification for them to automatically add to their calendar.
