Since we are charged for each SMS we send we should have the ability to send all reminders through our SMS not one as an email and one as SMS. When I had Vagaro that was available and I got less last minute cancellations because the first one went out 72 hours prior and that allowed them to remeber to cancel if need be. Also yes the emails do often go to Spam/Junk as I see in the comment below. Also a lot of people don't check email as often due to receiving so many in a days time. If I'm paying for clients to receive texts then I should have to ability to send two text reminders not just one. Your company will make more money in the long run as well because I would think most salons are dealing with the same thing and for those who don't want to pay for two then they still have the option to send one as an email.
