We use Breathe HR for holiday requests, and logging sick (gives a Bradford score). It also acts a database for policies and documents. I would love to have this functionality on Phorest so I am just using one business system. It also leaves so much margin for error the way we currently do it, when checking how many staff/ clients we have in because in Breathe we can only see what other holiday ahs been requested, not which staff are rota-ed to work, and sometimes we're too short on therapists. It would be amazing if there was also some kind of reporting facility that would also enable us to see what the loss of revenue would be if we approved the holiday. It would make it easier to keep on top of holiday requests as we'd see what's outstanding when we look at Phorest every day, rather than remembering to check Breathe.
