It would be handy to have an option to send a consult form to new clients only without having to select all services -this could really tie in well with the welcome email being sent PRIOR to their appointment

I really hope more people vote for this because this is a huge issue for us. Right now, because our forms are connected to our services, clients can end up being sent every form attached to that service, whether it applies to them or not.
I have separate consultation forms for new and existing clients, and there absolutely needs to be a way to choose who receives which form — especially being able to send a new-client consultation form to new clients only.
Until there is a way to control this, I honestly won’t use the consultation forms because sending clients multiple irrelevant forms just creates confusion and looks unprofessional.
Also notification the form is completed would be handy.
This really needs to be addressed.
