Whenever we serve new clients we always sent an automated follow up email through Vagaro one day following the appt that wasn't specifically an "ask" and that wasn't for "marketing" but was for informational, connective purposes which provided the client with notes from the service, after care instructions and so forth. I would like to be able to automate other kinds of information, please.

Send aftercare forms after the clients service. These would need to be different for each service.

Once the client has had there appointment we should be able to send them aftercare straight away or even better have it automatically send out. As at the moment we have to put a set time to send them out but the problem is we work different hours each day so some clients would be waiting hours for aftercare which is not good

If we can send post care from tablet as the client is leaving to help with sustainability and so we have a track record of them having the info.
We don't want to set this up as auto as it is only appropriate after their first visit.
