Please add an upload image option to consul forms. Even just one image.

We have our virtual consults that can be booked online, it would be nice to have a short form to fill out before completing the appointment with the ability to upload a photo to it . We are a laser Skin Studio and this feature would greatly enhance the initial consultation

Add options for clients to respond to form with pdf/jpeg attachments.

eg. client returning completed consultation form with attached photos of their hair.

I would like the consultation forms to request a photo or selfie so we can see their hair prior to their visit

It would be incredibly useful to have the option for clients to upload photos directly to their consultation forms—especially for services related to hair, skin, nails, and other aesthetic treatments.

While we appreciate the current virtual consultation tools, the ability for clients to submit inspiration photos, current condition shots, or reference images directly within their form would streamline communication and allow providers to better prepare for the appointment. This feature could be seamlessly linked to the client profile and specific appointment, without taking any additional time out of the provider’s or salon’s schedule.

It would also serve as a helpful visual reference during the consultation and for future visits—enhancing consistency, personalization, and overall service quality.

It would be helpful to have a section in the client form where they would be able to upload a photo of their current hair instead of just describing with words on the form.
