for medical intake forms, rather than changing the frequency of when it needs to be filled out, i need an option to be able to send as often and when i need it to the specific clients where changing settings does not effect all clients so i can keep up with who needs to make adjustments as needed as often as needed. we are a medical/wellness company and clients needs to be able to access their forms to adjust if they have any changes at anytime. i dont want to keep changing my settings for each client when it can get messy to keep up with who really needed to change their information each time. and everytime we add a new form it copies the form and shows complete when they need to fix or update their info. we need to send it manually as needed instead of changing settings every time. the same way if someone books same day i can manually send it, i need that option always no matter when they booked
