It would be great if we could have more fields as a requirement to be captured in the consult forms. For example, how did you hear of us, state, post code. It would help a great deal for marketing and would reduce the amount of time when staff are completing consult forms. Our previous system was able to do this and it was very helpful

Can we make it required to fill out certain questions on the consultation paperwork? People tend to just sign the bottom and that’s it!

As a Phorest customer, I would like to be able to specify which fields in the Consultation Forms are mandatory. This would help me alot in order to make my c-forms really usefull for my business

I am writing to request a critical function for the consultation form: Required Fields (Mandatory Fields). This is a standard feature on virtually all online forms. Clients need to complete these required fields, such as phone number, email address, and physical address, before they can submit the form. Currently, many clients are submitting incomplete forms, even though we clearly state at the top of the form that all fields must be completed. This forces our team to review each form and then send it back to the client for completion again. This process is very time-consuming for us, and it creates a frustrating experience for our clients, who feel they are wasting their time by having to fill out the form twice.

I understand this functionality is not complex. For example, I use JotForm on our other websites, and setting up required fields there is simple and has greatly improved our workflow. I previously provided feedback and requested this same feature last year, but I have not received a response. Could you please inquire about the timeline for when Phorest plans to add this required fields function to the consultation form?
