Let forms be sent at the time the appointment is booked. The longest time is 5 days before the appointment

Yes! This is such a pain, our receptionists have to manually send most of the forms because if someone books less than 5 days in advance of the appointment, it doesn't get sent at all! Have the form be tied to booking just like the confirmation email/text, not a set amount of time before the appointment.
