Offering different templates for confirmation/reminder emails would be great - for eg: if a client books for certain treatments, they may need to be aware of prep needed before attending (eg: don't wash hair before extensions, don't use moisturiser before treatment etc)

yes it would make better sense for the the templates to be more customisable so they can easily be adjusted for a specific service that might need more or better instructions added. To just have 1 template for absolutely everything we offer here & not to be able to adjust the info to a specific treatment at our centre on the booking confirmation emails is ridiculous!

Moving this to the Other board for now as FoH doesn't look after transactional messaging atm. Customizable transactional messaging is something that'd be pretty useful in the future!
