This is a must and such a missed marketing opportunity! There is already a report function under Client Reports > Source of New Clients, but it’s only useful if we manually enter every client’s answer.

It would be so much better if their answer automatically saved to their client profile, similar to how their birthday does. This would make tracking where new clients are coming from so much easier and give us much more useful marketing data.

It is so frustrating for the already pushed FOH team to have to remember to ask these questions when they have already been filled in on consent forms. Should be automatic PLEASE

We want to know where we're sourcing our new clients from but we don't want to have to ask guests every time they come in where they heard about us and then have to go into their client card to enter the information.

When the clients are filling out the consultation forms their answer for "How did you hear about us?" should be entered into their client card on the PC like the address and birthday does.
