Consultation Forms - Print Blank Paper Copies

Please make it possible to print out the consultation forms that we create. Not everyone uses technology. It would be great to have hard copies for in house for those guest who are walk ins as well.

You can print them from desktop when you pull up the form, but cant from the ipad.

This gets my vote. We like a record of our clients next of kin incase of an emergency and there’s no option for this on the system.

A great option would be to upload the consultation forms we already use. I find making ones from scratch m, especially detailed chemical peel consultations very time consuming.
