Consultation Forms - Manually Choose Forms Per Client

I feel that it would make more sense to be able to manually choose the consultation form you need to use, as opposed to having it pre-set to the services on our service list. I think this would work better because for instance, we use the service 'Consultation' for a variation of things, i.e. colour consultation or first visit consultation, and we aren't able to use more than one consultation form with this. It automatically links a consultation form with it. I just feel it would work better for it to give you the option to choose from your list of consultation forms in use.

We have clients popping in without appointments for patch tests and consultations so need the ability to manually pick a consultation form for them then and there to complete and sign. We're currently trialling the consultation form feature and don't think we'll go on to then pay for it after the trial if this isn't possible.

Hello,
Having multiple services. it would be great to be able to open a client card and add consultations forms to their profile. then be able to manually send via text or email

Add feature to client card or on calander screen to open an consultation form on the fly. If a client attends for a treatment and is not suitable, say laser treatment but was out in the sun, a button should be available for the therapist to open a consultation form there and then for that client, select the correct one from a drop down menu of all consultation forms and save once the client has it completed. It is not always possible if a short treatment to return to the reception to ask to book in a consultation so the form will be available, especially when a client may be waiting in the treatment room. this is unneccessary delay and also stops patch testing consent being done on the fly if a client wants to add on an area etc.. This option is required as the only other way around it is to open up the calander to all staff to book and edit appointments which is really not ideal.
