Clients often have multiple consultation forms as they have different services. It would be really good if address field, DOB, marketing options, phone, email etc would pre fill from their phorest client card so they don't have to keep doing it and make the process quicker. At the moment, it seems to sometimes!? Can't figure out when it does?
