Complete form pop up when checking in

It would be easier to see if a client has completed their consultation form if a pop up appeared when we check them in, letting us know if form has been completed or not.

We have a policy acknowledgment form and without a pop up that it's not completed we have to keep the client at the desk after they check in to go through their account and check that the form is filled out, please make a pop up so we don't have to do that and waste their time!

Totally agree, I also think it would be incredible if the stylist in app could receive a notification that their client has completed the form for review, we have medicinal services that can result in further investigation needed or even rescheduling a client depending on their response so we need to know quickly when a client has completed the form, instead of checking daily to see if they have which seems like time wasted

100% need!! I've asked before for an icon or quicker way to access form from the diary. We have consent forms for all clients, all treatments now, this would save so much time.
