Currently, VIP appointment can only be turned on if normal online booking is turned off. It would be useful to have a VIP appointment and a normal online appointment in parallel. This would allow the business to offer limited groups of customers special booking benefits without limiting the booking possibilities of other customers. This would support customer loyalty and allow the store to have more flexible availability management.
