Cancellation of a booking after the cancellation period

At this time, the cancellation is requested to be made by calling the store if the cancellation period has expired. It would be good if it was possible to choose how we want to contact the store for late cancellations (e.g. email or SMS). It is easier for us to notice messages and are better able to respond to them than to calls, so this would make our job easier.
