We have a lot of customers who lose their card, so it feels really unreasonable to pay for expensive cards and then customers don't take care of them.
Would it be possible to make some kind of app that customers could download to their phone, where they would see, for example, their own points and, for example, upcoming prizes. In this way, it could also inspire customers to come in more time/more when they could see in concrete terms how much extra points would be needed to receive someone's reward.
And it would also be easier for us to not have to wait for the ordered deck cards to arrive. I also have a lot of customers who visit often and have not received a cover card for them yet because we constantly run out of them, which I understand for a reason, because they are so expensive to order and also unecological in my opinion when plastic waste becomes unnecessary and if most people do not take care of their own card.
