Currently, the waiting time slot remains on the calendar for 7 minutes in order to contact the customer and confirm availability. This duration is too short to allow time to react in motion to the released time.
It would be good if a message was automatically sent to the client about the freed up time, and he would have to confirm the reservation within 6-12 hours, for example.

Toivottavasti tämä tulee Phorestiin, timmaan oli tämä tullut. Lisäisi asiakaspalvelun laatua ja vähentäisi ylinmääräistä työtä. Mikäli mahdollista niin jos asiakkaalla on jo tulevaisuuteen varattu aika ja ottaa ajan odotuslistalta poistaisi järjestelmä automaattisesti jo varatun ajan.
