Ability to respond to leads directly from the system and monitor response status

The current Lead Management functionality allows automatic response and follow-up messages to be sent, but individual communication with customers cannot be conducted directly in the system. Currently, personal responses must be sent outside the system (e.g. via email) and therefore there is no visibility in the system as to whether the customer has been responded to or not.
It would be very useful if, through the lead function, you could reply to the customer directly from the system with a personalized message and this would allow you to clearly see if the lead has already been answered or if it is still open
This would improve the quality of customer service and ensure that no contact request goes unnoticed or unanswered.
