Customers accumulate loyalty points for a maximum of one year, after which the points expire. Could the checkout view tell you when the cover points were last used, so that you don't have to search for them through the customers tab. Also, in the Treatcard section, the customer tab could read more clearly when the points were last used, so as not to have to scroll through the customer's history.
When a customer uses their points, the account could be reset if the clinic so wishes.
