We would like the possibility to set the value of loyalty points per customer in euro, in which case the customer-specific points would override the default points. This would, for example, help reward VIP customers with better benefits and allow customer-specific personalisation even in situations where customers may be relegated to poorer interests if behaviour or behaviour towards staff has not been fair.
Such automation or regulation would bring flexibility to the management of the loyalty program and give companies more opportunities to tailor benefits according to the customer relationship.
