Appointment booking from a company perspective

We currently have nine locations and a centralized appointment booking. A total of about 140 professionals, which means that our customer service does not naturally remember the knowledge of all the services of all professionals when there are more than 100 services available. We now have to use our customer view when we make an appointment for the client, because it finds the easiest time. It would be nice if you got such a feature into the system itself, that you can select a service and it will directly show you where the next free time is. And of course we need it so that it shows all the offices. now we have to scroll through all the offices (like our client) and it really prolongs the process of making an appointment. we might go with one client for more than 10 minutes to find him free time if we talk about a service where the lists are full for 3-4 weeks..
