I think it would be great to add Who and when an appointment is made or cancelled? Also, if it made online?

Hi Tiana Valenti,
You can currently see this information using the Audit/Trail feature. Depending on the version of Phorest you are using you can see this by double clicking on an appointment and then clicking Trail/Audit or Options and then Trail/Audit.

Phorest Product: Yes! I just found that option. What about being able to change the date of an appointment without making a whole new appointment on the newly appointed date?

Tiana Valenti: glad that sorted it for you! For changing the date the easiest way to do it is to single click on the appointment on the appointment screen, and then click the clipboard icon on the right hand side of the appointment screen. Then you can navigate to the date you wish to move it to, single click the empty slot and then select "Move" and the appointment will update to that date and time.
