when a guest rescheduled their appointment, they should get another text notification of their new rescheduled appointment. I have had several people call because they’re confirming that the appointment was changed. That is something that absolutely should be available phorest users!

Currently if we have to move a client 5 minutes to facilitate another client. We would have to contact client direct which is time consuming. If we could change on the diary and a prompt was made of ( update client by email or txt ) then this would be more efficient

Can we have a button either on the clients card to resend a confirmation text. Or just have an option to resend. We prefer the client confirms rather than a verbal so it records it in the system for any possible future problems/issues. Thanks!

Clients are complaining that they not recieving any notification about their resceduling.Usually they contact us about changes. No one (client and staff member) no reciving any notifications about rescheduled appointment. Can you please add this as email notification for clients and app notification for staff

I am new to Phorest and am so surprised that this is not an auto notification! This would help business exponentially by cutting down on what we have to do - we are now having to send an extra text to clients confirming that we made the change or cancellation.
A bonus would be if we could customize those notifications!

If we reschedule a clients appointment, they NEED to receive a confirmation. They only get notifications when they reschedule their own appointment... It doesn't work! We need to be able to resend notifications too
