when a guest rescheduled their appointment, they should get another text notification of their new rescheduled appointment. I have had several people call because they’re confirming that the appointment was changed. That is something that absolutely should be available phorest users!

It’s such an important part of the client journey and experience. This should be one of the fundamental things in place. I can’t understand why that digital communications options when changing services or moving appointments is not an option?
big issue for us, as we said we were moving from our old system to improve customer experience. A bit embarrassed to have said this now there’s so much confusion for clients.
I don’t know of any other booking site - hairdressing or other - that doesn’t alert you when a change happens within an appointment. Please give us some options asap. It’s really damaging to business rep.

yes, email notification should be sent out right away after the appointment was rescheduled!
