Waitlist is not user friendly

There should be a notification that pops up that there is a client on the waitlist when an opening comes up and there should be a way to view the waitlist from App

Even though you specify specific dates on the Waitlist, it constantly pops up on any day, not just the ones specified. Can be very annoying becoz you constantly have to go into the waiting list to see which days the client actually wanted.

we currently use google sheets as a waitlist because we have over 100 clients on it at a time abd the phorest one just doesnt work for us. id love to chat with photest about updating it! annddd a place for clients to add themselves to the waitlist!

I was just talking about this yesterday! Currently it will pop up in the calendar on the day that there's a cancellation. But unless we just happen to be looking at that exact date when it happens, no one is going to see it! Having a notification pop up on the screen, like we have for the support chat, would be so helpful! Right now we rely on the practitioners letting us know that a client had booked and then cancelled for the time slot to know that there was someone that could have been booked off the waitlist.
