I manually go thru my waitlist to ensure I prioritise my regulars and get the bookings right for new clients. However, I've previously been a client for my own haircut where I was on waitlist and I got sent the booking link once the time became available - I got in first and paid the deposit to secure it. This would be amazing especially with new clients and big services - Id love to send my client the link to book and they can secure it once it becomes available BEFORE it goes live to public or even if as soon s the spot becomes available it triggers a message or email to them with the link to secure - or a manual option where I pick nd choose who gets the link so I can ensure the time lengths are correct etc
