At the moment the waitlist function isn't that helpful - what it really needs is a way that when for example someone is on a waitlist for a specific appointment asap - if that appointment becomes available say due to a cancellation or someone opening up their diary - a prompt to say that someone is waiting for that appoitment. It would seem obvious to have this intergrated.
