I really think we deserve an update about packages on the waitlist. If its not going to be sorted then at least tell us. As a hair salon our waitlist may as well be a decoration. nearly every single item in our salon is a package and we can not add them to our lists! which means we cant get the prompts and if we put them in as a single service and write a note it pops up in every single time there is a cancellation it is so frustrating
