The new waitlist format is less practical than before. Previously, we could add a client to a specific time slot they preferred, making it easy to manage expectations and scheduling. Now, it’s less visual — we can only select AM or PM and must manually type their preferred time in the comments, which makes it harder to organise and track availability.

Hey Ali E! We were recently doing some discovery work to improve the current waitlist, we've interviewed salons, iterated on the designs, and our team will be working on this soon. Can't give you an ETA but just wanted to give you the heads up that we haven't forgotten about the waitlist. Eager to hear your thoughts when it's available. Ali E: Hey Ali, while it's something that we would like to do, we're really focusing our efforts and time into improving and supporting fully the current Phorest 10. I know it’s not ideal in the meantime, but we’re on it. Thanks for hanging in there with us. 🙏
