The new waitlist is completely unusable - I have advised Phorest many times since we viewed the new screen in Sept 2024 - All we need is a very simple list of clients names on a list that we can view from the front appointment screen. It cannot be hidden and we do not want it as an intuitive list either - we need to be able to control it ourselves and decide who we want to put in which appt slot - thanks Rachel :LadyG

agreed! We have 100+ clients on our waitlist at all times. Id love to have it on phorest but unfortunately we have to use google sheets because we can be more organized with it there

A simple list where we can select the clients name and leave notes about what days times possible suit them/ what services they want - select add and it gets saved with the date it was created and possibly an option to veiw best to older or oldest to newest.
Then when a client calls to reschedule but we cannot find a time for them that suits- the option to “add to waitlist” could appear and it automatically pops all the details in?
Some of the current questions are restricting and limits out use of the waitlist. Timely used to have a great waitlist - we used to have a link we could post into our bio or website so clients also had the option to add themselves to our waitlist online as well which was also and option through the online booking

Agree it needs to be more user friendly like other booking systems. Especially in these times where clients reschedule at late notice or cancel.

this feature is so lacking compared to pthers. Such an opportunity to help make money and fill spots.
A text going out with a booking link should happen automatically to anyone of waitlist when an openings becomes available . A notice to stylist also saying hey u have a waitlist

The pop up is also a useless feature as packages are not able to put in

100% agree a simple note pad that we can list the waiting clients numbers treatments and availability that will continue to move from day to day and add any notes to it. Out wait list never gets used because it’s always hidden and I know we are missing client.

The pop up is a great tool to notify of the opening but options are limited in that pop up. Would be nice to have the option to open waitlist to fill that spot.
