The new updated waiting ls awful, we keep getting clients popping onto the screen , when we haven't put them there & they may have been put on waiting list weeks before , this year is the first time i have considered leaving Phorest after 16 years to try another company , why change things like this when the origianal worked just fine, this and many other aspects of this new version are not working for me & my Salon.

Agreed. I didn't like the old version though. I used premier software before and theirs was excellent. Also along with the other points mentioned when booked the treatment doesn't drop off the wait list. Its really useless

Please can you bring back a column for the waiting list, so it's easy to see what's waiting for each day in advance. This was obviously designed by IT people not stylists or beauty therapists. Very impractical.

Same. We can’t get used to using this feature at all. It seems like something that should be so straight forward but just is seeming overly complicated…

Totally agree! Much prefer the waiting list like an extra column the way it was. So much easier for our team to understand it and see at a glance who was waiting on apps and for what service.

Agreed I think the update is awful , obviously been created by tech without consulting hair / beauty professionals !

I agree!!! New waitlist is awful! We like to see it consistently on the screen for that day.
And the new order inventory screen is terrible! I’ve tried over and over again to get used to it but it’s too much for screen. I wish I could customize that screen with what I need to see
