Agreed, with a few changes to the waitlist it could perform much better. For example, if you were to add someone on the waitlist for a set amount of days, once those days of passed, they disappeared off the waitlist and also the ability to be able to select multiple days rather than having to click on each day individually.

Timely had a great system, clients can add themselves online to the waitlist collum.

List should also be expirations on clients waitlist. It doesn't remove them even after appointment is made. Its allot to sift through and delete manually.
