Agree! Its not clear, its clunky, it doesn't make any sense either, the old wait list was much better!

waiting list is rubbish, needs selection of from to times / dates AND therapist selection, or all therapists

We switched over from Vagaro. Their wait list was AMAZING and we would love if Phorest could do something similar?
*************************************************************************
- When adding a client to the list you would choose Morning, afternoon, evening or all day.
* You would then choose up to 4 different dates. After dates pass the client automatically falls off the wait list.
* Then choose the services that they're looking to book.
-When setting up on the back end you could set who was contacted first... highest total bill, first added to list etc.
-Then when an opening became available the system would automatically send a link to the client that met the criteria specified in the set up.The client could accept the appt and they would automatically be scheduled or they could pass.
-If the client did not respond within a specified amount of time, the system would send a link to the next person on the list.
-Lastly, the clients could add and remove themselves from the wait list
It was really wonderful and it really helped to fill gaps. Please please please look into this <3

100% agree not user friendly at all. Other booking systems utilizes this feature so much better. Hardly even use the waitlist feature with Phorest, not salon friendly at all for bookings. eg Timely have a fantastic waitlist feature

Agreed, with a few changes to the waitlist it could perform much better. For example, if you were to add someone on the waitlist for a set amount of days, once those days of passed, they disappeared off the waitlist and also the ability to be able to select multiple days rather than having to click on each day individually.
