I have condensed what we are all asking for into one post.
Multiple tabs feature - it is not convenient for reception to have to close down a reports screen to change back to diary.
SMS - let us click to see the exact message that was sent to a client.
SMS - integrate a SMS feature for desktop to avoid showing our real mobile numbers when sending SMS.
Refunds - create a simpler refund option to avoid accidental refunds being made.
Rescheduled appointments - send a new confirmation when an appointment is changed in any way.

We use Phorest via web browser and love that you CAN have multiple tabs open when using on the web. I believe it’s my.phorest.com

And re. Multiple tabs ability, spa packages with groups take some time to book, then a client come up to check out and you can’t save what you're doing to open the checkout tab. Very outdated, and update much needed.
