When you select a product you hv to select category e.g retail, professional etc. WHY!

You only sell retail to clients. Then everytime you select a product it takes you out so you hv to go back in and select retail, product line then product. No one likes the new system at all it's taking so much more time. Super slow and has to think about every command. Clients are getting fed up with us being slower. please sort this out before Christmas.
