There should be a way to trail every activity for a specific day. I was trying to delete an appointment and think I may have accidentally deleted an appointment I didn't want to but I'm not sure where in that particular day it was. If I could go back and look at every change that was made on that day, I could verify what I did.

This would be very helpful. Things can change quite quickly and its hard to manage when you have no trail. The only thing we can really trail are our breaks and that just doesn't make sense

I agree & yes there is a report for what has been deleted but that takes time.
I would also like to add that a rescheduled appointments be traceable too, we often see a huge gap in our day from a reshuffle but no one can remember who the client was ( OR they did it themselves online).
It would be great to be able to measure serial reschedulers!!!

it should be something stylists haver access to. It impacts our day. It creates too much room for error. We have run into this problem several times. It should be on the home page for front desk and stylists or service providers to access.

Yes, there is a report for that, but not everyone has access to reports (front desk team). An audit trail for the day, or the pin number, would be very useful.

it does seem like me there is alot of information that can be obtained in a REPORT fashion. We work in the here and now and we need certain info here and now. Its crazy to think most of the info we are looking for can only be found in a report when its run. How are issues expected to be resolved quickly, efficiently or for petes sake be able to answer a question a client may have, and you have to say wait i'lI need management to pull a report.
