The new layout just does not work for us

we cannot navigate as easily this new layout and it's holding our clients up. Where has the option to go back to the old layout gone? Please sort this asap

In the last couple of weeks we've made improvements to
- The text and colours we use to match the old software
- Client retail history in the purchase screen
- Manually add a voucher when checking out
- Process course sessions directly in the purchase screen
- Scan a product on the appointment screen
We've lots more on the way. Next up we are bringing back the Staff Qualification Checker and the ability to add a product on Phorest Go and check out on the new Phoerst desktop.
We also hear you on speed. We are working on making it as a fast if not faster than the old Phoerst. You'll see these improvements over the coming weeks.
Without getting your feedback earlier in the process, we would not deliver the quality you've come to expect, and deserve from your Phorest. We are more than happy to jump on a call with you if you like. We'd love to hear what you have to say in more detail.

Staff Qualifications , when changing staff name , it keeps jumping back. this holds reception up when booking treatments. time wasting when your busy.

We used to able to move columns to see full product description, can't see the sizes of products in different mils. not user friendly

Not being able to select products from previous purchases is tedious and takes so much longer

I like it. I think it can feel more tedious due to being in a habit of checking out, but it allows more room for detailing. My favorite is itll show the date AND time of their next appt. And rebooking is nice. Checking out a service isnt my favorite, but like anything new, takes time to adjust.
