Appointments for blocked customers should also no longer be able to be booked by employees in the salon. At the moment, only a warning message appears that the person is blocked — it is still possible to book an appointment.

To add to this, I would like an option other than banned, Some clients are notorious for constant reschedules, late arrivals, last minute cancellations etc.
I think a WARNING or some other prompt like a pop up box when the clients number is entered to immediately alert who's booking the client in to recurring poor behaviour. That way a higher deposit could immediately be applied.
