The ability to set timings for specific clients. I’ve worked with other booking systems where it will ask you if you’d like to make time adjustments permanent for specific clients. For example: my single process is normally 30 minutes but Sarah has a lot of hair so i know it will take me 45 minutes to apply her color. I can adjust her specific timing so when she books online, Sarah automatically gets booked for a 45 minute time slot instead of 30.

Individual Client Booking Needs

Previous booking companies I’ve used had a feature where you can go into an individual clients profile and make their booking time specific for them. This especially helps when clients can book online. In example; a client that has a ton of hair may need an extra 15 minutes added to their appointment. Right now all we can do is add it into a booking note and hope booking sees it and extends the time when we should get a feature that would automatically set their booking time to longer

It's actually a feature we're currently scoping to be built still this year. The idea is to give you the control to set custom durations or prices for clients, so you don't have to follow up individually, and all of this is to be done automatically.

This settings should also be applied if the client books online.
So the system reserves the correct amount of time.
