Instead of having to go into client card and view service history...it would be convenient to see past history while checking client out. Possibly on bottom of screen? In case there was an upcharge/discount on past appointment.

Yes! It causes so much frustration when you click on a date in Service History and it doesn't go to that date!!

when your taking a bill and you want to double check or have a look at previous appointment details you have to go into the client book then into service history which sometimes takes a little to long ? Having a button next to the product history on the payment section would make it a lot faster and way easier to get to and also easier access to information

Be able to click on future appointments in the clients “profile”. Instead of having to exit out of their “profile” go to calendar find that date and time and then edit the appointment delete it or whatever it is you have to do.

If a history button was added to the bottom of the purchase screen (like it is on the appointment booking screen) we would be able to check a guests future appointments quicker than going to client card if we're already in the purchase screen

In addition, I would like to see if you can add a hide button to hide cancelled appointments, future appointments or past appointments. It will make the service history much cleaner, easier to read and very useful.
This is specially useful for clients that book future appointments and continuously change their appointments. So the service history is jungle of cancelled appointments with past and future appointments and makes it very hard to read.

From the Client Card> Service History>
When you click on a past appointment, you should be able to go directly to that date in the appointment book.
Also, when a client has a future appointment showing in the Service History screen, you should be able to click it and jump tot that date in the appointment book.
Currently, when you click on a past or future appointment from the Service History screen, you just end up in the week view of the stylist who the current appointment is scheduled with.

I definitely agree! I hate having to get out of the pay screen to double check payment or services from previous appointments.
