it is mad that you can't send a text message from a client. If I want to send ONE client a text message, I have to go into marketing and you can't even see what you have sent.

Agreed this is much needed. Currently I have to use my mobile and business WhatsApp.
Also, we should have 2-way sms communications within Phorest so the clients can text back.
