Be great to be able to send a text to an individual client regarding appointments , product availability, staff sick , change of booking etc … better connectivity !!

This is really needed please ASAP.
At times clients have not been turning up for skin tests, which has meant rescheduling a large appointment or being cancelled in turn stylists losing income and salon losing out. I also (as owner/manager) have to then message them on my own mobile through Phorest Go.

A feature that should not be overlooked! Phorest needs to streamline the SMS better, even the text reminders are inefficient.. rescheduling clients dont receive a confirmation with the new rescheduled date. I don't understand why!

Yes!!! We need this feature. We came from a software company that had the feature and used it every day. We were told before we joined Phorest that it was coming in October. Now, we have been told it has been delayed! It is one MASSIVE thing our clients are missing, and so we.

it is mad that you can't send a text message from a client. If I want to send ONE client a text message, I have to go into marketing and you can't even see what you have sent.
