when you know you had an appointment but then its suddenly gone from the calendar. There should be a button for cancelled appointments that shows as ghost appointment so we can see who used to be there. I had this with my last booking system, Rosy, and it was sooo helpful. Then you can turn it back off so the ghost appointments are no longer showing. It a quick way to see who cancelled when you cannot remember who was booked in.
