We need to be able to see the payment information by clicking on the ticket. Service providers can open their closed tickets and see what discounts where used and the amount the client tipped. My team is very frustrated not being able to see each tickets payments. THIS IS A MUST!! It also helps the owners to see the chargers faster and efficiently and not micromanage in a different screen that you can be super shady about with distributing tips ect. Also so convenient for each ticket to have payment information for when a client has a question regarding a visit.
