When our salon used Rosy Software there was a button you could click to see cancellations, and it would show in transparent form what appointments used to be in that spot whether from cancellations or moving. It was so handy to see what was there. I would love if Phorest could add a feature like that.

This would be great. We often feel lost when we see a hole open in our books and we can't remember who was there to even see if they moved.

I so miss not being able to see this information. It is so important to know, you can self track clients, reach out as needed, see if they are ill etc. I wish we could have a more accurate way of knowing this information
