wanted to share a feature suggestion based on my experience as a former Meevo user.
One of the most efficient tools in Meevo was the ability to quickly locate a client by entering the last four digits of their phone number when booking a new appointment. This allowed us to instantly identify the client, know who we were speaking with, and continue the conversation smoothly without delays or confusion.
It significantly improved the booking experience by speeding up the process, reducing errors in client identification, and creating a more seamless and professional interaction.
I believe this would be a very valuable feature to implement in Phorest, especially for high-volume salons where efficiency at the front desk is critical.
