I was previously using Rosy Salon Software by Salon runner and a key feature was SMS same day reminder for clients. I was able to select how many minutes or hours before the appointment I could select the SMS to go out and clients LOVED IT. Since shifting to Phorest last week we have had numerious complaints about us not having this feature. I understand we have the other reminders set up but we NEED This please!
