Remove appointment

It will be great if when the appointment is canceled or removed to have the option to reschedule/move the appointment to the date requested by the client. For example, if a client has an appointment at 9 am for color and haircut, and the client calls in sick, but wants to reschedule for another day, we should have the option to reschedule or move the appointment to the desired date; not just cancel or delete the appointment. So there should be three options: Cancel, delete, and Reschedule/Move.
This update will help us minimize errors by cancelling appointment and not creating a new one or having multiple appointments due to copy and paste function. The copy and paste function work great if the front desk assistant does not forget to remove the appointment that was canceled.

We do have the option to move, do you mean leave a note of the original apt on the diary so when looking backnyou knowvtherecwas someone booked in? That would be good. Although you can do a report but its not the same thing.

We were also using another app, and every time we cancelled or deleted an appointment, we were able to see it clearly reflected in the system. I have attached the image for reference.
This saves time and gives us a clear and accurate picture of what actually happened that day.

We do have option to reschedule the appointment. The only problem is the client won’t be able to receive the notification about that. The client will receive the reminders only.

They do have a move option
