Rebooking clients

Rebooking clients: It would be great if when rebooking clients from the sales screen where it say rebook now that when we book we could adjust from that screen what their next service is going to be rather than having to go back and modify the appointment. Its a lot of steps and if its chaotic at the desk and it gets forgotten, we sit for an hour because they are booked for a color and it was just a haircut. This should be an easy fix. We like to track numbers and information and if we don't for example book from there it shows a rebook rate as being low but also messing with the types of services being inaccurate.

Edit Service When Rebooking at Checkout + Prevent Future Checkout

When rebooking during checkout, we should be able to change the service without cancelling and starting over. Clients don’t always book the same service each visit (e.g. highlights vs toner + cut), and this slows everything down.
Also, there should be a restriction or warning to prevent checking out future appointments. Staff can accidentally cash out a visit weeks ahead, which creates issues that can’t be easily fixed.
Both would improve speed and prevent front desk errors.

Can we rebook the person, not the service?

There doesn't seem any easy way to rebook someone unless they want the exact same service. it would be easier to have the option to rebook and edit the service before confirming. Such as if the client wanted to swap out the haircut for a blow dry next time but keep the colour service. If you rebook and amend after, you can't see what info has been emailed to a client - but presumably it's incorrect if it doesn't email them the changes. Then there's no option to resend the reservation so it's too risky to create that confusion and admin later down the line. It's currently a pointless feature other than the occasional old school client that has the exact same every time.

It's a great tool that we have to do quick rebook and the client slot straight into the Time without having to choose the client again, however if they have any future appointments and then this doesn't work which is a shame because clients have multiple treatments

Options for rebooking from sales screen

It would be great if we had the ability after cash out once hitting the rebook box when you reschedule from there it books for the same service as they had that day. You must then go to that day and modify the appointment. It would be nice to omit that step by having the options to do it while rebooking.

Rebooking from sales screen

When rebooking from sales screen it automatically reschedules for the exact service provided that day. you then have to go in and modify the service on the day its scheduled. It should at that time have the ability to modify the service for the appointment that is being rebooked. Ex you cut and hilite and 5 weeks out wants a blow dry for an event it will just reschedule for that exact service you then have to modify for the blow dry. Too many steps

I agree. Then to show that it looks like they haven't paid on appt book screen, frustrating.

I have brought this up several times. It can create lots of booking errors if its busy at the desk, due to having to go back and redo appointment.

Definitely agree this is a pain when it automatically rebooks for the same service and then sometimes doesn’t get changed resulting in wasted time

This is a must it is so tedious to book from the rebook option after check out, yet those nu.bwr can be so crutial in tracking stylist productivity, and services.
